The Post-registration Process
Like we assess talent, we also assess our clients. We understand their exact requirements so that we can matchmake the right talent with the right client.
We assess every opportunity for:
- Client’s readiness to work with remote offshore team
- Clear attribution of skillsets & knowledge they need
- Clear understanding of the contract’s longevity, urgency of onboarding, suitable shift timings, technical proficiency of the client’s team, the processes, practices & tools the client uses & more.
Once the essential requirements are sorted, we handpick the top 3 candidates from our pool based on factors like skillset, availability, and shift preferences. If you too give us the go-ahead, we share your profile with the client and facilitate the client interview.
Any client generally takes 1 or 2 rounds of interviews. By this time, we have already set the expectations of the client, who has clarity about your skillsets and capabilities.
50% of our talent pass through the client interview in first go. Moreover, your Talent Success Coach will also make sure you are suitably prepared for the interview.
If both you and the client are positive about working together, we initiate the process of contracts & agreements. We also arrange a kick-off call to make sure we all are on the same page.
Your global income in dollars starts the day you are onboarded by the client. We will manage all the legal, administrative, & payment formalities and processes with the client.
Our responsibility doesn’t end once we deploy you for a client. Your Talent Success Coach keeps on mentoring you throughout the engagement. We make sure your career progression is in place, your learning & development needs are taken care of, and you make great progress through and beyond this engagement.
